To play our bingocams game, you first need to make a deposit to buy cards. We offer a number of secure and trusted methods of payment:

Pay Per Call

Our pay-per-call services allows you to buy credits by making one or a number of phone calls with your (mobile) phone. Call our number, follow the instructions, enter the code you hear and you are good to go.

Creditcard

We accept two different credit cards as a method of payment: Mastercard and Visa. If you use either of these two creditcards to make a deposit, your credits will be added to your balance immediately.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Click the checkout button in the bottom right corner. You will be redirected to the payment screen.

When do you payout winnings?

You can request payouts yourself. If your balance meets the minimal amount of 25€ you can request for the funds to be transferred to your bank account. On weekdays your money will be remitted within 24hrs. However, if you request a payout on the weekend, your payout will not be processed until Monday. Please also keep in mind that it may take up to 5 weekdays for your bank to process your request.

When you log into your bingocams account, two types of balances are displayed: your deposit balance and your bonus balance. You can only request a payout request of your payout balance. When you make a deposit, your credits will be automatically added to your deposit balance.

Payout history

Here you can find an overview of all payouts you received from us. Withdrawal requests will have the ‘pending’ status, which means that they are currently being processed by us.

As soon as your payment is completed, the date of payment and processing will appear on your screen. We at bingocams reserve the right to send you an email in which we ask you for additional personal details, such as a scanned copy of your driver’s licence and/or passport. This is usually done as a precautionary measure to prevent fraud. When we are confident the information provided by you is correct, we will continue the payout process.

Editing your account details

In order for us to transfer your winnings into your bank account, we need a number of personal details such as your bank account number. You will only be asked to provide your details once. To edit your account details, click ‘edit account details’ in the withdrawal window. Fill out all required fields and click ‘save changes’. Please check to make sure you have provided the correct details. If the details you provided are incorrect, we will unable to process your payout request.
